DAY 1
> WELCOME to Bogota, the sky-high capital of Colombia nestled high in the Andean mountains
> HABITUATE yourself to the city in a walking tour of its bustling streets, a charming hybrid of new and old worlds
> MEET your fellow travelers and crew for the next few day
> FEAST on local delicacies in a welcome dinner with the group

DAY 2
> DIVE head first into the local life, exploring the vibrant Paloquemo markets
> TOUR Sarento, Colombia’s beautiful coffee region, admiring its charming streets and characteristic ‘paisa’ architecture
> LUNCH on fresh-caught trout, a delicacy of the region traditionally served with a delicious garlic-cheese sauce
> CHALLENGE yourself to Tejo, the country’s national pastime, best enjoyed with a cold beer in hand

DAY 3
> ZOOM to Cocora Valley via Jeep, coffee capital and home to the towering wax palm
> HIKE to Acaime Reserve, looking out for the region’s native wildlife, including the colourful hummingbird
> MUNCH on a prepacked lunch, enjoying 360 degree views of the valley
> JOURNEY to a traditional coffee estancia, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness first hand how the humble coffee bean becomes one the world’s most beloved drinks

DAY 4
> LEARN about the coffee-making process in a guided tour of the surrounding farmlands and processing centre
> FOLLOW the process from bean to cup, watching how they’re grown, harvest, dried, and grown
> SAMPLE cups of freshly brewed coffee, grown in the same soil beneath your feet
> UNWIND for the night against a backdrop of verdant valleys and lush rainforest

DAY 5
> VENTURE to Chinchina, a small village, before continuing to Medellin
> LISTEN to stories of Medellin’s history, famous for once being Pablo Escapabar’s base and the country’s deadliest city
> EXPLORE the city’s newly revived cultural life, filled with beautiful museums and parks and incredible architecture.
